The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued a job advertisement for a Pharmacist position on a contract basis.
Mumbai’s RBI (Reserve Bank of India) has put out a call for qualified individuals to apply for a contract Pharmacist role. The term of the contract is capped at 240 days, and the hourly rate remains the same throughout. A number of RBI clinics in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai are now hiring.
Those who are interested and who meet the requirements should apply using the template in Annex-I. Please submit your application in sealed envelope to the Regional Director, Human Resource Management Department, Recruitment Section, RBI – Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Regional Office, Shahid Bhagat Singh Road, Fort, Mumbai – 400001.
Be sure to include photocopies of your professional/academic/other qualifications, caste certificate, experience certificate, and proof of age. On April 10, 2023, at 1700 hrs., the submission deadline will be enforced. Label the envelope it comes in with “Application for the Post of Pharmacist on Contract Basis with Fixed Hourly Remuneration.”
Important: applications that are not in the correct format or are missing necessary documentation will be immediately dismissed.
Reservations for members of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Oppressed Groups require applicants to verify their eligibility and submit supporting documentation in the required format.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued extensive instructions for the filing of caste/community certificates, including the requirement that the candidate’s caste name and spelling match the lists notified by the central government. The certificate must also confirm that the applicant is not from the “creamy layer,” as that term is defined by the Government of India, in order for them to be considered for OBC status.
Following Government of India standards, candidates claiming OBC reservation must submit an OBC certificate issued after March 01, 2022, including the Non-Creamy Layer clause. Furthermore, even if the candidate has relocated to a different state, the OBC claim will be based on the state to which the candidate’s father originally belongs.
An “Income and Asset Certificate” issued by a Competent Authority, in the format recommended by the Government of India for the financial year 2021-22, effective for the year 2022-23, is required in order for candidates in the EWS category to receive reservation benefits. All EWS openings are provisional pending further instructions from the Government of India.
