On successful completion of the program , the Trainees would be incorporated as Engineers in the Grade-II Scale of Pay of 40,000 -1,40,000 /-, with a Basic Pay of 40,000/- per month .

Design Trainee: 03 years Engineering Diploma in the relevant discipline (Aeronautics Mechanics Electrical Electronics).
Management Trainee (MT – Tech): Engineering (BE/B.Tech) graduate in metallurgy, mechanical, electric, electronic, or computer production.
Selection Procedures for HAL MT DT Recruitment in 2023:
Online Selection exam duration: 2.5 hours will be allotted for the online selection test. The three portions of the online selection test will each have a set of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). There will be 20 general awareness multiple-choice questions in Part I. 40 multiple-choice questions MCQs on English and Reasoning will make up Part II. 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on the topic will be in Part III.
