Havildar (Automated Surveyor ) applicants must  be at least 25 years old and no more than 34  years old . .

Both the Religious Teacher Junior Chief Petty Officer position and the Surveyor Automated Cartographer Senior Chief Petty Officer position need candidates to pass a physical fitness test, a written test, and a medical exam. Only those applicants who meet the prerequisites and score well on the physical fitness test will be allowed to take the written exam.
