Experience and Age Limit:
Your experience will be considered as of March 1, 2023.
Applicants should be under 40 years old as of March 1, 2023. However, certain categories like OBC (NCL), SC, or ST may have relaxed age limits as per government regulations.
Selection Process:
The selection process involves a written exam (offline/online) and an interview.
Your performance in the written exam and interview will be used to determine the final selection.
The weightage for different criteria is: expertise 5%, written test 60%, interview 35% (including personality, communication & competency 10%, and technical & professional competence 25%).
Minimum qualifying percentages are: 60% for UR/EWS (45% for reserved categories) in the interview.
Engagement and Pay:
Your engagement will be based on mutual agreement and performance, initially for one year on a contract basis.
The minimum salary is Rs. 24,040, with a possibility of a 1 to 3% annual raise based on performance.
Additional benefits vary depending on your posting location. In non-metropolitan areas, the monthly gross emoluments with PF contribution could be up to 43,753/-, resulting in a CTC of 5.25 LPA.
