- Candidates must hold an MBBS or an equivalent degree from a medical college or institution recognized by the Indian Medical Council.
- Candidates must possess a valid Registration Certificate in accordance with the Odisha Medical Registration Act of 1961.
- Candidates must be in possession of the required Conversion Certificates, as recognized by the Indian Medical Council.
